Honco Sourcing terms of service
Procurement coordination
The website describes inquiry coordination for steel buildings. Submitting a request starts a discussion about supplier matching, quote comparison and related services. Confirm the scope, fees and parties in writing before proceeding. A catalog image or illustrative RFQ scenario represents a building family and cannot establish the specification or price of a future order.
Supplier and project responsibilities
The selected supplier is responsible for the goods and records it agrees to deliver. The buyer should review the manufacturer, offer revisions, delivery terms, payment milestones and inspection requirements in its purchase documents. Have the project engineer determine design criteria and assess the proposed scope. Local acceptance, permits and safe erection depend on the site and the responsible professionals.
Project information
Send information you may share for sourcing review. Identify restrictions before supplying confidential drawings, quotations or controlled files. Verify the dimensions, units, revisions and destination in the inquiry. If an engineer is preparing design inputs, mark them pending so that a provisional offer can be distinguished from one priced against released documents.
Changes and release
When drawings, shipping instructions or product requirements change, identify the revision and the affected supply line. Agree in writing on the effect on price, inspection and transport before a release. Coordinate timing with the supplier and forwarder based on the actual shipment requirements and applicable checks. Record who can approve commercial changes, who can accept a technical deviation and when the resulting instruction takes effect. Retain the supplier acknowledgement with the corresponding revision.
