The Honco Sourcing desk independently coordinates procurement from China. It has no official or authorized affiliation with the original brand.
Destination team
Include the country, local site or nearest port and intended shipment timing. If a broker or installer already handles part of the package, describe that boundary to prevent duplicate allowances.
Contact route
Use the inquiry form with a work email and preferred callback window, including time zone. Share business contact details and project inputs suitable for supplier circulation. Ask before sending controlled drawings.
Send project details
Use the three steps to enter your contact details, building requirements and review notes. A buyer who needs replies routed through a purchasing team can give one coordination contact and the internal reference used to identify the job. Keep the name of the decision owner with that reference. If wind speed, ground snow load or seismic design criteria are still being determined, say which party will issue them. Identify clear span, desired eave height, bay spacing and any intended crane runway, mezzanine or large door opening.
List expected units or frame bays and distinguish the supply boundary from site works. A roof-only structure and a fully enclosed building require different cladding and opening details. For an illustrative hangar RFQ, the buyer might enter a 30 m clear span, a 7 m eave height and an 18 m door opening, then flag the wind load basis and seismic design category as pending. That brief allows suppliers to mark their pricing assumptions without treating the proposed dimensions as a released design. For transport, add the destination port and any limits on unloading or storage. A request for an inspection should identify the documents or process points your team plans to review.
